The VPK Only Lottery begins January 20th, 2025
The selection process for the "VPK Only" program will be a random lottery for available seats. Details on participation and the lottery process are outlined below.
Our “VPK Only” program meets on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:15am – 2:15pm.
Requirements to participate in the lottery:
1. Apply for and obtain the VPK voucher as follows: On or after January 1st, 2025, go to the ELC (Early Learning Coalition) website (see link below) and create a Family Portal Account. You will need to upload your child’s birth certificate and a utility bill as a PDF in order to complete the on-line VPK voucher process. Additionally, when submitting your documents, please ensure that the address on your driver’s license matches the address on your utility bill. When selecting the county, be sure to choose Palm Beach.

It may take several days to receive the voucher, so give yourself plenty of time.
2. You can either bring your VPK voucher to Tree Top Academy and complete a lottery ticket or you can go to our website Treetop Academy VPK Lottery Process, to complete a lottery ticket, between January 20th and January 27th, by 8:00am. If you choose to enroll on line, via our website, please use the link above and submit your information. Then, email your voucher to Jrivera@treetopacademy.com to confirm eligibility. If you do not have the physical voucher, you cannot participate in the lottery.
Lottery Process:
1. On January 27th, 2025 at 9:00am, Tree Top Academy will randomly select 16 lottery tickets. The applicants selected will be contacted on this day via phone and/or email.
2. If your application is selected you must complete all required paperwork digitally, including the signed VPK voucher (section #18) and dated (section #19), during the week of January 20th – January 27th, 2025.
3. If we do not receive your paperwork and VPK voucher before the close of business on January 31st at 4:00 pm, you will forfeit your seat in the class and it will be awarded to the next applicant on the waitlist.
4. Names that were not randomly chosen you will be notified via email on January 27th, 2025 and then placed on a waitlist in the order they were selected during the lottery process.
